Ok so I’m buying a flat. First time - small mortgage, majority all paid for. Currently at my mum’s. One person selling, leaving everything and moving out of the country. No chain. All easy, right? NOOOOO

I have a parking space. Only the original lease doesn’t have it on. Management company took almost a fucking month to confirm. And now I have to wait an additional eight weeks for the lease to be fucking altered. And I don’t even have a sodding car.
