I also reached out to them on Twitter but they directed me to this form. I followed up with them on Twitter with what happened in this screenshot but they are now ignoring me.

    If that’s their standard, you can probably just edit the html to make the login button active and then sign-in.

      It depends if they have backend validation on their API as well that has the same rules
