Weren’t the UN created after WWII exactly with the whole idea to create an international body that is to prevent the atrocities that occurred in WWII? The ICJ is part of the UN and was established at 16.06.1945.

And doesn’t Israel exist because of the same agency, the UN, which they now call antisemitic, just because they dare criticize them?

I mean, I will point out that the proto-Israeli terrorist group, Lehi, assassinated the top UN mediator, Folke Bernadotte, in 1948. Lehi was pardoned for their actions and glorified by the Israeli state, and their leader was Prime Minister of Israel from 1983 to 1992.

      https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lehi_(militant_group)

The Israeli state historically has been very hostile to the UN.

If you’re posting more than say, 10 or so, consider going outside and touching grass. We reserve the right to limit over-posting so a single user does not dominate the front page.

We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
