When my buddy went through a furry phase and wanted me to call them Zary i did so. It made them cringe so hard they changed their mind. I imagine if i opposed it they would have held on to identifying as a dragon for longer.

So like, ive delt with the exagerated version and simple acceptance stopped the problem.
