Something overflowed somewhere…
This is the computer equivalent of “I don’t wear a seatbelt because I don’t want to be trapped in the car if there is an accident.”
“I reboot it every night.”

Stop, you’re scaring me.
Yeah, the “Boys” are 7 and 9 pounds, and my little lady is 11.
That’s a fair assessment. I can’t be around the bunnies all the time to train them. I’d send picture of my buns, but my partner has asked me to keep them off socials. They are two big red New Zealand mixes, and the third bun is a New Zealand/Flemish mix.
That’s sweet. I’ve got 2 farm rescues that I “acquired” in a marriage, and 1 shelter rescue. Poor shelter bun had been there for 2 years.
Unfortunately, I can’t free-roam the bunnies. I’m actually allergic to them, so they have to be contained in a room to reduce dander in the house, but they have big x-pens instead of cages, and we let them out one at a time for about a half hour each night.
That’s fricken adorable. I have 3 right now and they ignore about 12 different commands.
My bunnies disagree with you.
Had to go into the office twice just to turn on a computer. 3rd time I went to each machine and enabled wake-on-lan.
Also set backup devices to automatically turn on at 2 in the morning, so if they crashed, I could just wait until the next day, if the machines didn’t boot themselves then I had a real problem.
Life is a brief glimpse of awareness between two infinite voids of non-existence. It doesn’t make sense. It doesn’t have a purpose.
I’m sorry for your loss.
As a child of divorced parents, don’t stick with it for the kids. You can separate and still be civil to each other and cooperatively raise children. It’s better for them, and better for you. Sure, it sucked when my parents split, they fought real bad some times, but not nearly as bad as when they were together. I got a real swell stepdad out of it, and I learned what real, loving, cooperative adults look like. I also got to see how determined and dedicated my father was.
Every situation is different though, but that is my expericence.
Russia started this war shooting elementary schools with tanks and launching rocket strikes on hospitals. Do you really think this is just about “the western ideal” of crushing Russia? If you want to see why Ukraine is fighting so hard to not become part of Russia, just look at how shitty Russia has been to its soldiers and people during this war.
Yeah, through the power of vomiting, it survives.
Failure is a chain.
Probably more than you think. This strikes me as an understaffing issue in the factory. Loose bolts happen when the person who is supposed to verify the work has been done correctly, is busy doing work elsewhere on the plane. Understaffing causes people to pitch-in to make deadlines, or to ease the burden on their co-workers. Seems trivial at first, but with airplanes, this behavior gets people killed.
It’s there to let you know that your damn O2 sensor is on the fritz again.
Spoiler, it survives.
I think rule 2 is…
A sucker is born every minute.
