Even without these, look at who makes the products on our stores’ shelves. Our entire economy is upheld by slavery in other countries; slavery at home is no surprise.

I use Plex. Jellyfin looks great, I try it every so often to see how it’s progressed, but it’s just not quite polished enough for me to make the switch yet.
I used this as my guide: https://thestartrekchronologyproject.blogspot.com/2009/09/and-now-conclusion.html
Except of course the Enterprise finale, I watch that at the end of enterprise, not in the middle of TNG.
TNG was being first aired throughout my childhood and I would catch the odd episode here and there when I got to stay up and watch it with my parents to guide me, as suggested. But I didn’t get into Trek properly until I worked in construction as a labouror, my first job. When there’s no work, there’s daytime TV re-runs. The Space Network, the Canadian version of The Sci-Fi Channel, would run 2 TNGs back to back from 12-2. I got way into it then. I then watched all the series’. Now, every year or two, I’ll just throw on the first episode of TOS and go right until the end of the whole franchise in mostly air date order. I even have a playlist that has all of the overlapling seasons from the 90s to play as one big series, playing each episode by air date/chronological order based on a chronology I found online. Keeps it spicy.
I think it would be funnier if he was standing on the ground with his fists up.
Not anymore. This product matches butter on both counts and puts out much less pollution and takes up much less land than factory farming. I urge you to actually read the article, many of your points are addressed within.
Your facts don’t check out, that’s what makes you wrong. Fallacies are just the symptom.
This fallacy is called an appeal to tradition.
This fallacy is called an appeal to nature.
You can be critical of candidates you support. Biden’s only use is being not Donald. He’s not doing anything any other centrist dem would be doing in his shoes, and doing a whole lot less than a progressive. People see this. Biden is not an inspiring figure promising to produce a better future, he’s a generic placeholder, representing status quo in a dismal system. People aren’t energized to vote for this and that’s understandable. Pretending this isn’t an issue or isn’t costing his campaign votes only hurts the party. Vote for Biden, but demand better from the DNC. You can do both.
You cannot be on the left and not find fault with Biden. If so, you’re either a neoliberal or you’re fooling yourself.
You cannot be on the left in the US and not vote for Biden. Sometimes status quo is the better than the only other outcome.
These aren’t mutually exclusive, they are a sign you have a working brain and heart.
Yeah! I liked that one too!
The best thing I ever did TV wise was ignoring fan opinions about shows I want to watch before watching it. Hive minds plant seeds and set expectations, you can’t even passively read it. You gotta shut it out and avoid it. I really liked Kenobi, I think more people would have too if they didn’t see the angry reddit nerds picking it apart, coloring their first watch.
Yes. Not all of it, just the first 2 seasons. People saying no are forgetting Pike learning something about himself in Discovery is basically his prime motivator throughout SNW. It is a fundamental pillar of his character.
Spock has some important backstory in Disco as well. Good for general star trek edification but not necessary to enjoy spock as a character in SNW.
They really nail him, yeah. Nimoy had many female admirers but was not your typical handsome man. But his portrayals have been getting more and more traditionally sexy. I’m a straight dude, but only when it’s humans. 🖖🍑🥕
A golden oldie that keeps on updating: https://thestartrekchronologyproject.blogspot.com/2009/09/and-now-conclusion.html

Lately my external HDD making old school hard drive clicky groans as it downloads overnight. I had forgotten computers used to sound like this until I bought it, it’s nostalgic and soothing.
