1 year agoI had the second gen nexus 7 that seemed to pick up what was a common issue with the power button (something essentially came unglued or something inside and it’d stop working). I sent it off for repair and they wouldn’t fix it because it was ‘water damaged’ (it wasn’t) and they wanted something ridiculous like £75 for basically popping off the back cover and stopping all work.
Robbing bastards Asus will never get another penny out of me.
I don’t think you know how numbers work. Why would they be paying coworkers out of a tip that never existed?
