And downvoted by me (for the avoidance of doubt, the article, not your comment) because it has nothing to do with science.
Under FPTP there is not much use for this site. And while I believe, until proven wrong, that this site was created with the best intentions, the cynic in me thinks it could be a conservative plan to encourage a split in the votes for their opposition.
If we had PR, I would consider policies when voting. But at this point, even if I agreed with all conservative policies, I would not trust them to implement any of them. So my main consideration is which party has the best chance of beating the con artists in my area, not which party has the ‘best’ policies.
Absolutely. But if he takes some votes away from the conservatives, he can stay for a few weeks
Not sure how secret this is. There are a few home office tenders with use of force in the description that seem related (supply of aircraft fuselage, catering) and there is also This Which mentions the same location as the tender for catering services
Ffs Labour, on xitter, really ??
Isn’t that just biology?
What a load of bollocks. Nothing more than Catholic lobbyists pushing their agenda. Which they are entitled to do, but don’t present it as facts in a ‘news’paper.
Try voyager if that is available. Memmy is dead
Dev seems to be inactive
I think that is a hammer drill setting. Looks like a cordless dewalt. It will get into breeze blocks easily but 20 cm deep may be a challenge. You need SDS pneumatic for proper concrete. Not for breeze blocks or bricks. Depends on diameter too. If you need a hole for a dryer vent, you need a drill with decent power. Wall plug in breeze blocks, any drill will do
I just block the prolific foreign language communities and scroll past the remaining ones I don’t use all very often, so not a big issue for me
I think it’s in a coma. No idea if or when it will wake up
There are still bugs that need fixing. The main developer seems to be taking a break, check the posts from GKD. Understandable and well deserved for all the good work he did, Memmy was the best app on IOS in my view and it made my move to the fediverse a better experience. But I am writing this using the Voyager app, I switched because of unresolved bugs (mainly comments not showing up depending on the sort option). I may return when development resumes.
How do you think I worked out that this applies to Ireland? I just don’t like having to check the source to find out that the post is not relevant to me. I accept that the post title is a true reflection of the article’s title, but lacks the article’s context. On a par with click bait titles as far as I am concerned.
It’s not a world wide ban is it? How hard is it to add (in Ireland) to the post title?
There wasn’t a mass explosion of heads. Not a scientist, but I don’t think empty things can explode.
It is not the only railway connection. And there is still the original route from before this tunnel was built. So not sure how big the impact is.

Constituencies don’t vary in population nearly as much as your example. You could do more accurate calculations using This data but I doubt it would make much difference. And yes, fuck FPTP
