Dude was saying that 8 is good, but people still think of version 5 when talking about PHP. Not recommended to still use in 2023.

There is historical precedent that the Romans used XIIX for 18, I guess VIV should be fine for 9.
Wait… WAIT! Berlusconi is dead?!?
Reminder that VIIII is a valid way to write 9 in Roman numerals.
Still, the farts of someone who mostly survives on processed meats are something else and can clean out a room.
It wasn’t me, I swear!
First of all a “military peer” just means a nation that has similar military capabilities/power as oneself. And right now China is the only military peer to NATO, that is just a fact.
Second China is also positioning itself as a military adversary to NATO and its allies in many ways. And that is not the interpretation of “congress”, that is geopolitical reality.

The black and red flag reads “Na Vistri Sqyca” which according to google translates to “The point of a/the spear”. In combination with the information provided by the videos you linked I would guess that this is the flag of a nationalist division or battalion of the ukrainian military.

Where do you live and what is your profession? I have heard anyone use megameter seriously.
We use litres, which is one decimetre cubed. We use hectares, which is one hectometre squared. But the beauty of it is, that you can just convert everything to units that are more widely understood.
1 decimetre = 10 centimetres = .1 metres
1 hectometre = 100 metres = .1 kilometre
