Stochastic terrorism folks.
Stochastic terrorism folks.
It does, but that’s the thing: It does either way. There should be no change due to the conversion of energy to mass.
Correct me if I am wrong, but as I understand it mass and energy is equivalent no?
Yes.
And it also still baffles us as to why rest mass and resultant mass from energy should be equivalent at all?
I don’t know about this one. I’m not an expert so don’t quote he on it, but I don’t remember hearing this before.
No no that’s a completely different phenomenon. This is the phenomenon involved in Hawking’s radiation and similar.
It’s that they’re using a more normal people term. They probably wanted to say vacuum.
So I wonder, even if it’s only appearing very briefly it’s still going to exert some small gravitational effect.
I don’t think so. Remember: This is energy being converted to mass, not mass coming out of nowhere.
Nope, they actually appear and disappear. The idea is that even in vacuum there’s a certain amount of background energy and that energy can randomly turn into matter-antimatter pairs in what is basically the inverse of matter-antimatter annihilation.
I mean good for them but wasn’t that what’s gonna happen anyway?
For context, this massacre is bigger than Dier Yassin. These people just casually outdid the poster child of IDF massacres.
Tell that to the numerous UN resolutions the US vetoed and the three aircraft carriers it and the UK just have casually stationed there.
What does he think neo-colonialism is?
Bruh I just realized.
I was gonna seriously respond, but honestly just get a life and stop licking Nazis’ boots.
If you’re transposing relatively binary American notions of race (invariably based on skin colour) on a conflict half way around the world, you’re entirely out of your depth when it comes to Israeli politics and the current conflict.
Uh… That’s not what they’re doing; they’re saying you can’t deny the race factor in why Israeli lives are viewed as more important than Palestinian lives in the West, and especially in America. Keyword in the West; we’re not talking about Israel itself here.
What? Israel is currently committing genocide, even in areas they successfully occupied. Nazis are the most fitting comparison I’ve seen.
What are you trying to imply?
I appreciate the sentiment, but calling October 7th a “holocaust” causes more problems than it solves. The Israeli propaganda machine has been active as soon as the attack started to make Hamas look worse than they already are (which is still pretty bad to be fair, but not “Holocaust” bad).
Thanks to Israel using people who weren’t qualified for the job the numbers will never come to light, but let’s not forget that a significant number of IDF civilians were killed by the IDF, not Hamas.

That was tried in the last pause deal. Israel isn’t gonna settle for peace until they can’t (or are made unable to) continue their war.
Amazing. Depressing, but amazing.
