She talked to me without me having to strike up the conversation, that was a huge part of it. She was really easy to talk to, and friendly to everyone. She was passionate about the same things as me, and got me out doing things that were beyond my comfort zone. Basically, she was a human being who treated me like an equal human being. There was no disgust at my presence, or laughing at my awkwardness. Those had been the things I was afraid of prior to that.
I’ve tried 4 times, 1 was a complete rejection that nearly ruined a friendship, the second was a weird soft-rejection that led to a friends relationship that felt a lot like I was taking advantage of this person. That ended when they moved away.
The other two led to relationships, one lasted a month and ended with me getting dumped. Second is my current girlfriend.
All of these happened within a year, starting when I was 22. Before that first rejection I had never made a move on anyone because I had 0 self confidence and could only see women as sexual objects. The girl who first rejected me was the first one that I liked for genuine reasons, which allowed me to change the way I looked at women. I now have a lot of female friends and hardly ever think about women I see in a sexual way, when 2 years ago I couldn’t see a woman without thinking that way. I owe a lot to the girl who rejected me, and we are now friends again, for which I am grateful.
Not to mention the hundreds of staff they now have that need to be paid

Usually when making edibles you have to bake the raw bud to decarb, or activate, it. Or else the weed doesn’t do anything and you just have gross cookies. A dry herb vape does the same thing, but you get high in the process

Someone I know still keeps contact with someone that groomed them, and molested them when they were underage. They still consider this person a friend somehow. Thankfully, they moved across the country away from this person, but I’m scared for them to go back. They were also in an abusive relationship with another person, who they would still keep contact with if this person hadn’t blocked them on everything. It shows a lack of self respect/esteem that really makes me sad, because I do love this person, and the thought of them going back and letting this shit continue really frightens me.
I used Nova Launcher on my S20 Ultra, and on my S7 before that, massive improvement over Samsung’s default. Haven’t installed it on my p7pro cause I really like Google’s launcher, and I don’t believe I had it on my p2xl either.

The new Lil Yachty album this year surprised me for sure. Really big departure from what he usually does, and he did it (in my opinion) really well. Never been a fan of his in the past
Though it is more in line with what I usually listen to, experimental hip hop, psychedelic rock, indie. Just didn’t expect it from him.
Something separate from what I usually enjoy would be That’s The Spirit by Bring Me the Horizon. Never been into that genre really (metal? I’m honestly not sure how they’re classified) but I really enjoy this album and I’m sure it’s gonna be right near the top of my Spotify Wrapped this year.
