Imagine maintaining your integrity for the ENTIRE pre-2020 decades of abject neoliberal domination of not just the entire political system, but the very intellectual framing of everything from the economy to morality, and then you give it all up for Joe fucking Biden…
All political science research suggests moves like this are never a good idea. From the perspective of the campaign, they think they’re “taking the issue away” but there’s copious research about this specifically with immigration. What you’re actually doing is telling voters the other side had better judgement on this issue and you’ve come around to their wiser view. This both signals to low information voters the other side has a better grasp of the issue than you and dispirits your own side. If you dig into the numbers, this move has never worked for anyone ever. This is typical of the DNC political expert class who are objectively bad at their jobs on a Poli Sci 101 level.

Sure don’t. I cowered at our bloodthirst after 9/11, but the Fourth Reich is taking it to another level with the Israeli media celebrated “Tank Girls” killing their own.
If a tree falls in the woods and nobody is there to hear it, does it still make a sound? The exploitable bug is still there whether or not it’s hidden by temporary obscurity, and who knows what state-aligned hackers know, so it’s better to just get things fixed ASAP via it all being open.
You may already know this, but CD-R/RW are less stable than a real factory made CD, and will probably last less long than a hard drive/sd card/whatever if it’s not in active day to day use

The blue MAGA mass downvoters on here are a real problem for the platform. I don’t even get the point of it. I think they think that any disagreement from the party line leads to the DNC failing because it’s like Tinkerbell, and only kept alive by belief and clapping, not just a deeply corrupt neoliberal party in need of reform, that is terribly underperforming in only managing 50-50 while the GOP self-destructs.
