Nobody can ever explain how EEE could work in this scenario. They just parrot it and stop thinking.
I have never contributed to an open source project before, so if we exclude the third part this is the reverse of my habits. The stuff I do for work is bare minimum garbage, I freely admit. I really do not like my employer.

Admins had the ability to see the votes if they really wanted to anyway by looking at the database, you just made it a lot easier.

And that basically confirms that it’s a remaining problem with admin accounts taking remote mod actions. l suppose in the mean time I’ll try to have an admin at lemmy.ml give my @bilb@lemmy.ml account moderator status as a workaround. The other original moderator who could do it isn’t very active.
