I don’t really understand the analogy, then. Of course we should stop PFAS pollution at the source, that being the chemicals plants producing it. But we should also be addressing all the contamination in our food and water first of all. That’s the biggest and most immediate issue.
Turning the water to the toilet off won’t do much when the whole length of the plumbing is split and spewing water throughout the whole house.
We already know PFAS can be absorbed through the skin, but it’s so much worse being absorbed internally. We already know how bad that is for us, so it doesn’t matter if it’s bad or worse, we should try to get exposure to zero regardless.

Maybe an actual chemist will chime in, but I couldn’t find any sources about purifying or recycling IPA, at least none that you could do at home. At a guess, maybe a reverse osmosis system without the finest membrane? Like you said, the water and IPA molecules should be smaller than the dyes and resins.
Maybe also consider washing with the dirty IPA, and just giving a rinse at the end with the clean IPA in order to conserve. Ultimately it sounds like everything I’ve found is material you’re already familiar with, unfortunately.
Exactly how pure are you trying to get? You can buy 99.5% pretty easily.

I don’t see that the article actually answers the question. It mostly talks about what happens if/when particles and antiparticles interact, not why annihilation happens.

Punnett squares and gene dominance/recession is a very simplified explanation for a single gene. A lot of things, like eye color, are controlled by multiple genes. And that doesn’t even touch epigenetics, where even a dominant gene may not be expressed, usually due to environmental factors. So it’s not wrong, just simplified, and that should be explained. If someone told you “this is how it works, and there is nothing else going on” then they lied to you. But the genetics is true.

But that’s for a relatively highly regimented sleep cycle. If you slept and worked completely at your leisure, you might end up with one shorter sleep period at night, and one even shorter nap during the day. And without any day-night cycle at all, some people naturally adopt cycles of varying lengths.
And the universe’s expansion is accelerating, so even if you have the most sensitive receiver that can pick up very low frequencies, at some point the waves will be stretched so thin that they’ll be essentially nothing.
