12·1 year agoI’ve always just used https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/ for official data and https://www.windy.com/ to check out stuff like pressure and wind speed
This looks shopped. I can tell from some of the pixels and from seeing quite a few shops in my time.
Really though it was likely a cell phone in her hand to begin with.
