I mean, it’s Midichlorian guy, but also Star Wars guy in the first place lol

I’m just having trouble calling that an “audit”.
I won’t lie, I’m a bit curious why someone asked someone who has never performed an audit to perform one, what they’re actually hoping to find, and what they plan on doing with the results…
Adding types on an untyped project is hell. Greenfield stuff is usually pretty smooth sailing as far as I’m concerned…
I mean, I use formatters everywhere I can exactly so I don’t have to think about code style. I’ll take a full code base that’s consistent in a style I dislike, over having another subjective debate about which style is prettier or easier to read, any day. So whatever cargo fmt
spits out is exactly what I’ll prefer, regardless of what it looks like, if only for mere consistency.
Half of you are like this, the other are Boomer-like in their tech abilities
My deluge server been reliably running behind gluetun for almost a year and a half now. It’s pretty damn great indeed.
Is it pronounced “eleph pants”?
Ah, yeah, I knew that at one point. I find recursive acronyms so tacky I tend to tune that information out lol.
I don’t know know you’re talking $$$$$about
C could be “C-Men”
Has a nice ring to it
I know Go has gophers
Missing a P
This. I haven’t touched PHP since 7.1 dropped, but error messages and stack traces were pretty far down my list of complaints about the language.
Every time I see these comments, I wonder if I was just lucky with my scrum masters and most actually suck, or if it’s confirmation bias. We don’t have a scrum master where I work, but my whole job as lead is keeping things rolling, and this would be just unacceptable.
Holy shit this. I’ve observed a lot of competent devs go through that phase, trying to be clever and come up with what inevitably ends up being pale imitations of existing established solutions. Yes, we do avoid pulling in dependencies when we can avoid it, but this reeks of “Real Programmers Don’t Use Pascal”, without the tongue in cheek tone lol
If your answer is more than “one”, it usually means you don’t have the right pillow for your sleeping position. I have broad shoulders and I was a side sleeper. I used two pillows for the longest time, otherwise I had to twist my shoulder in while sleeping, or tilt my head towards the bed, neither being really comfortable for long time periods. Then I bought a thick foam one on sale in some random store I was at, and it made a world of a difference.
I don’t get it, sorry
I literally said “what makes it funny for me”
Ugh, freaking Star Wars fans
We annoy me so much
