Physical SIM. No way to use eSIM in my phone. Even if it had, I’d have gone with physical one.
IceRaven (based on Firefox) browser has some extra add-ons support than plain Firefox Mobile.
Mine doesn’t have a headphone jack but Xiaomi did provide a Type C to Headphone jack adapter in the box. It would have been better to have it embedded in the phone itself. But now, what happens is I don’t use the phone while it’s charging. So good enough for me.

There are other custom ROMs as well which get frequent updates monthly. Like my Lisa got official LineageOS support after 2y of its release but there were other custom ROMs during that time and even now.

I use Android with Snapdragon processors to be able to unlock bootloader and flash a custom ROM. This allows me to get Google goodies, even those which current Pixels and any other device, be it an Android or an iPhone, lack. For example: Unlimited original quality photo and video uploads to Google Photos. Regarding your bubble situation, as others have already chimed in, non-US peeps just don’t care about it.
That’s why I installed custom ROM on my Redmi Note 3 and used it for 4.5y until the battery swole.

I use adblockers wherever possible. For instance, Iceraven with Ublock Origins in my phone, Firefox with Ublock Origins in PC, Infinity for Reddit (will stop using on 30th June), XManager for Spotify and Revanced Extended for YouTube.
