I never noticed this, it just looks like this for a few frames, but yeah, it’s a strange design choice, it makes the characters look like they are made from clay or rubber.
During the first 3 seasons Simpsons was animated by KlaskyCsupo, “animation executive producer” and “supervising animation director” was Gábor Csupó. After he left animation style changed to more conventional.
So while the characters, writing and plotlines were not as genial as in the following seasons the animation style was much more interesting, with strange perspectives and point of views, distorted spaces, etc. Just look at this early recording: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2LUf-GGHpuU
Never used swipe typing.
Last time I used autocorrect or whatever they call it nowadays was on a Siemens or SonyEricsson phone, and it was called T9.
On modern big screen phones I can type easily with my average size male thumbs. Is it a common problem nowadays, or is it just lazyness or it’s just quicker to type this way? On early 3-4" smartphones I can understand, but on today’s 6-7" screens?
This will be my new notification sound
Between 1860 and 1930:
Between 1860 and 1930, exploitation of the rich land of the pampas strongly pushed economic growth.[3] During the first three decades of the 20th century, Argentina outgrew Canada and Australia in population, total income, and per capita income.[3] By 1913, Argentina was among the world’s 10th wealthiest states per capita.[4]

Is this an app for recording and editing podcasts? Why do they need usb access for that? On its website it doesn’t says anything about usb.
Usually when you include the dot it’s called TLD or ccTLD (Top Level Domain or Country Code Top Level Domain). Country codes as in ISO 3166 are without the dot, and written with capital letters, and they predate the internet, first published in 1974. The tlds were based on these codes.
There are some minor differences, e.g United States Minor Outlying Islands (UM) and Western Sahara (EH) have a country code, but no tlds were implemented.
Edit: In the article it’s correctly written as CH
Why do you need an app? What is the problem with plain old websites?
Pro tip: use an rss reader and you can read multiple “apps” at one place!
If you still need apps for some reason, you can install/add to homescreen websites, and if they are set up correctly they will behave like an app.
I hate this graphic. Should we consider the 3rd dimension as well? I mean, the “thickness” of the barrel is much bigger behind e.g. UAE than Oman. From the numbers it seems we shouldn’t.
But the boundary follows the arc on the top and bottom, so it’s definetily projected to the half surface of a cilynder, but the voronoi lines are straight, but they should curve just like the top and bottom.
We called it ‘pillecukor’.
Yes!I were waiting for this!
