Thanks so much- this give me hope!
I’m going on 2+ years at this point. Was in the best shape of my life when I was infected. I haven’t been able to properly exercise ever since (without severe repercussions that last several days). My bloodwork, which was previously fantastic, is all over the place now. Outrageously high cholesterol, iron levels, inflammation markers. It’s hard having hope for the future when I don’t see an end in sight.
I use a Sonos Roam. It’s the least-good-sounding speaker in my Sonos setup, portable, wireless, and waterproof. Works really well for shower music.
SOPHIE. Hyperpop hasn’t been the same since her passing.
Check out Darto pans! They’re very affordable. A step just above that price-wise is DeBuyer. I have two pans now and absolutely adore them. Switched over from cast iron because my iron levels were super high. And I still have my stainless pans and adore them, for different reasons.
Carbon steel gang here.
Absolutely. I saw her perform once and would see her again in a heartbeat.
Mae Martin.
Maria Bamford.
Safari extensions.
Naw, I don’t bother with a VPN since I’m not torrenting anything. I just set my router’s DNS to something other than the ISP’s default.
Only if you have torrenting enabled in the Real-Debrid add-on for Stremio. I disable torrenting, since I only want to use Debrid cache files.
Torrentio is the add-on where you add your Debrid connection and disable torrenting and narrow down your quality selections. Enjoy!
Debris services (Real-Debrid, AllDebris) basically cache most popular torrents and give you direct https links to the video streams. Frontends for these services include Stremio, Syncler, etc. I adore both, but Stremio is much more lightweight which works better on my GoogleTV / FireStick. You select what you want to watch (the apps sync with Trakt, fwiw) and it immediately shows you the versions it has available that are cached. I choose 4K Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos whenever it’s available.
Just fyi, it’s eavesdrop.
Jellyfin still has a lot of catching up to do, unfortunately.
I’ve been using Stremio with Real-Debrid for about 6 months now and I don’t see myself going back. It’s too perfect.
I use Reduce Loud Sounds on the iPhone with my AirPods Pro to reduce the maximum volume to 80dB so that I don’t damage my hearing. That way, I can crank the volume buttons to maximum without having to think about it, knowing that it will be safe.
18 months and counting! Is there a Lemmy community for us COVID longhaulers?
What has helped me the most:
Makes me really love how gorgeous and functional CarPlay is.
