I think you’re describing diffusion versus the typical reflection where all light continues in the same direction. In this case the light diffuses, scattering in every direction. Because of that scattering, no specific point will receive a significant amount of energy to burn anything.

It’s depressing that they sound eager to throw the first amendment under the bus if it’s presented.

As a consumer, they never felt like a great company to deal with. They were just convenient being located nearby. Trade-ins always felt like cons.
They don’t like immigrants and US citizens are starting to demand higher wages.
