a few years ago i noticed that i was constantly hot. i always needed a fan even when others would need a sweater. doctors couldn’t find a cause, so the only explanation i got was that some virus may have altered my hypothalamus. i’m back to normal now, took 3 years to normalize.

i’m studying mechanical engineering and there’s a guy in our class who’s obsessed with chatgpt. he’s always trying to solve all of the tasks using chatgpt and he’s always the first to share the solution in zoom. so far it’s never been correct but he just sticks with it…
every time i have any stress i become like this, also a bad case of butterfingers. i think it has to do with stress and add/adhd.

some light exercise speeds up the recovery (if you didn’t damage it too bad). limping could cause problems in supporting muscles. if the pain is unbearable, maybe avoid walking too much.
i find it inconvenient to do that every day, so i brush once a month for 2 hours.
