That could be long COVID but it could also unfortunately be the after effects of heavy drinking. Did your brain issues start after you had COVID?

Anecdotally speaking I had covid a few months before vaccination became available (yay) and had horrible brain fog. I forgot a lot of words and really struggled with finishing sentences, things like that. It did improve but it took about a year. At the same time one of my toes kept swelling up every time my feet got cold and that stopped around the same time my ability to think improved.

Holy shit I had a mild case of COVID with headaches as my only symptom. I then had long COVID and couldn’t think straight, forgot words all the time, had trouble finishing sentences. It’s terrifying to think this is why that was happening but it tracks because every time my feet got cold during that same time period one of my toes swelled up. Probably the same thing happening in my foot and my brain.

I’m not going to say you’re wrong about aspartame being safe because I don’t know for sufe, but I question whether you’re right. The fact that Donald Rumsfeld was the CEO of the company that held the patent, couldn’t get it approved then magically got it approved after his buddy Ronald Reagan appointed him to a position where he could do so makes me wonder if it ever should have been approved.

They’re supposed to be on script but customers veer off the script constantly. They would be extremely annoyed to be talking to AI. Not that it would stop some companies but it would be terrible customer service.

The one I work for did this years ago before I worked here. I already have enough personal info about myself out there so not gonna name the company lol I know I’ve seen that at other companies too.

It’ll be like outsourcing all over again. How many companies outsourced then walked back on it several years later and only hire in the US now? It could be really painful short term if that happens (if you consider severeal years to a decade short term).

The first few days were really hard for me to. It really hurts getting through everything for the first time without them. It sucks. Think about something cute your kitty did. Maybe share your favorite picture with us.

I’m sorry about your kitty. I had to put mine to sleep last Monday and man the first 3 days were rough. I miss him so much now but I’m getting better every day. You will too. It never goes away but it gets easier. The point of it all is to give your kitties the best possible life and never stop loving them. Here is my old man Stanley.

At my previous place of employment I would report Phish on any and all spam and get lectures about reporting Phish on all my spam. Like, how am I supposed to know if you initiated the fuckin email or if a bad actor outside did? Can you give me some pointers on how to tell if it’s your spam or someone else’s? My current employer just adds it to the block list without acting like a douche lol
