It’s easier to say “hey Google, turn off all lights” than go to Home Assistant and turn each off by hand.

It’s easier to say “hey Google, turn off all lights” than go to Home Assistant and turn each off by hand.
It’ll slowly fizzle away, becoming more and more irrelevant.
btw tumblr isn’t dead either.
Yeah, I loved stumbling on random sites
Well I don’t have this issue through the web interface where I can select the language the comment is in, which I can’t do in memmy.
If I use the web interface I can select he language and post just fine, it’s just in memmy that I often can’t post there.
This problem happened on the community !thenetherlands@feddit.nl with a comment I wrote in Dutch.
And in order to do that, I had to create an entire new account in Memmy.
Except now the Traverse page doesn’t work.
I found the solution to my problem.
Apparently if you have a capital in your instance’s address (like Geddit.social in my case) it won’t work.
Change it to all lower case and suddenly the profile page does work.
What was the inspiration for these internet standards?
I’m on geddit.social
Based on this comment I decided to log in with just my username, but that sadly didn’t solve the issue for me. I deleted the other log in details, force closed the app, but the profile page remains forever stuck at the loading icon.
If you’re on mobile, try scrolling to the bottom of the page.
I’m sure. But my raspberry pi 3 can barely run Hass without overheating. (had to remove adguard from the same device because that made it overheat a few times a week)
Maybe when I upgrade it to a proper home server, I’ll look into replacing my Google home speakers.
