I disagree in this case, he tried to pay and he had to hunt down 2 different ATMs because the Customs office couldn’t accept his credit card.

I agree with you and I think he was more baffled about trying to pay than the tax itself. Which it is a very real problem in Germany for foreigners. Everything is too local if you don’t have EC Karte you cannot pay. But that the baffling part, if you are a Customs office you need to accept ANY kind of payment, specifically something as standard as a Credit Card.
For that reason go for the extra spicy stuff, no one will believe you are into clown p0rn.
It’s fentanyl now. Pot is cheap and easy to grow in Mexico.
Shareholders can be batshitcrazy too. X/Twitter has been in decline for a while. It’s true they could be leeching money from the he far right but I highly doubt so.
Gentoo is for when you want to know what your compiler is doing.
I’d just like to interject for a moment. What you’re referring to as Linux, is in fact, GNU/Linux, or as I’ve recently taken to calling it, GNU plus Linux. Linux is not an operating system unto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning GNU system made useful by the GNU corelibs, shell utilities and vital system components comprising a full OS as defined by POSIX.
Many computer users run a modified version of the GNU system every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of GNU which is widely used today is often called “Linux”, and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the GNU system, developed by the GNU Project.
There really is a Linux, and these people are using it, but it is just a part of the system they use. Linux is the kernel: the program in the system that allocates the machine’s resources to the other programs that you run. The kernel is an essential part of an operating system, but useless by itself; it can only function in the context of a complete operating system. Linux is normally used in combination with the GNU operating system: the whole system is basically GNU with Linux added, or GNU/Linux. All the so-called “Linux” distributions are really distributions of GNU/Linux.
It’s the only reasonable solution.
(I too use Arch btw)
Dude, that was 22 years ago… I also remember Prince of Persia as if it were yesterday
I wonder how much of that is in the service industry.
That’s an interesting case to analyze, following the money for those campaigns might be dangerous. Just a few days ago the US sent notes to several countries regarding external influences on elections.
Additionally, many european countries are literally getting old. The birth rate has been dropping for a while.
Oh shit, what’s your PayPal?
