I’ve gone full circle to the really bad quality amateur stuff as it seems much less fake to me.

Life is change. It’s literally the only thing you can 100% depend on. Once you accept that, not fear it, just accept it, you can move on to the great things that are here and now in the present.
About 5 years ago, my Dad went into the hospital due to low oxygen levels (he had cancer), this was in the morning. I went to work and while I was working the customer had a massive stroke and died. This was while watching her grand kids. No one noticed until her daughter came home. The stress of all that combined with my Dad’s failing health brought me as close as I have ever come to a breakdown.
I buy 10 bars of Irish spring for $5. It works great. I shave my head, so it functions as shampoo too. Unlike a lot of the expensive soaps it isn’t like lotion, which is a plus for my oily skin.
I bought mine for a bit over $500. It has a headphone jack, IR Port, 1200 lumen light, and I only have to charge it 1-2 times a week depending on usage.
I’ve done countless installs of both windows and Linux over 20 years. Windows seems to work, until it doesn’t. Then it needs a refresh which they don’t make easy. Linux installs, with about the same number of exceptions as windows “work out of the box” with no messing with anything. When you need refresh, you simply, back up, wipe the partition and start over.
One of these two countries incarcerates a much larger portion of the population than the other…
AI allows us to do more with less just like any other tool. It’s no different than an electric drill or a powered saw. Perhaps in the future we will see more immersive environment games because much of the immersive environment can be made with AI doing the grunt work.
