What about volunteering groups? I’m in my 20s but volunteering groups tend to have people on the older side. It helps that people in their 40s and over tend to be financially stable and would spend their free time to volunteer.

I am amusingly disappointed that this has nothing to do with Marvel’s Loki
Maybe that’s why poly is becoming a thing; it makes sense in America since its individualism ensures that children are independent of their parents, and especially extended family most of the time. Back in the day, children would still stay with their parents even when they have children themselves (and this is returning with inflations getting worse. Heck, there are even traditional housing systems where there is one “apartment” that consists of one extended family. But now, at least in the States, children can travel miles away from their family and pay them a visit only once in a while; so there’s no constant handling of children like in the old days. I suppose teachers can fill this role as well, but teachers handle groups of children at the time. They may or may not get individualized needs that need to be addressed that only an adult who lives with them can provide.
I have a cat who would scratch the rug when no one’s looking so there’s that.
I’m autistic so perhaps I’m more tolerant to repetitive content. I tend to follow reaction and commentary channels because they sorta help me navigate through social situations, and I consider them to be the judges of the situations, especially when they’re well trusted. Being comedic is a bonus.
I guess, but at the same time, I don’t think red necessarily means luck in India based on the sources that I’ve read.
I have no recommendations at the moment but I’d like to know some tips on how to start a blog and promote them in this current day and age, especially if it’s about a niche subject.
This could be a good starting point. It seems that in China, red represents fire, and fire back then was like electricity today. As for India, I’ve found this article which says that red symbolizes the Hindu goddess Durga for her feminine power and new beginnings (which may or may not be because of menstrual or postpartum bleeding)
Speaking of single speaker audiobooks with multiple characters, I listened to an audiobook by Raza Jaffrey: The Stone Song. The characters were well acted, in my opinion. Some characters are kids, men, women, even an alien or two. But it’s easy to distinguish them. And the thing is, he didn’t even have to adjust his pitch. Goes to show how you need a specific skill if you want to do single speaker audiobooks with multiple characters right. Then again I am biased in a way that this is one of the first audiobooks I’ve ever listened to.
Elevenlabs Projects seem to make them possible now.
As for AI voices, it doesn’t quite match real life voices yet. I think what’s more feasible is to get an above average actor with a decent budget, then mask the voice with programs like RVC.
There could be multiple factors and interactions that build trust, right? As others mentioned in the comment section, some of those include supporting you at your worst and accepting “no” for an answer.
I have a morbid curiosity for their state propaganda (as with other state propaganda). They’re just very persistent with it. Not sure if that counts as something from NK that’s good, but it’s at least one thing that I’m fascinated by.
Virtually everyone in my country uses WhatsApp. I’m essentially living off-grid if I don’t use it.
I’m not too vocal when it comes to privacy but I will tell you that I really don’t like how algorithms take data and use them in order to manipulate the masses. It just seems very controlling, like you’re being controlled by a clairvoyant puppetmaster.
Given how Japan seems to embrace AI and robots more than any other nation, it makes me wonder if Japan may inevitably have a significant portion of the population comprised of robots.
There’s a book that helps describe colors to people who have never experienced color. It’s called The Black Book of Colors, and it incorporates a synesthesia-like experience to describe them.
There’s a movie that was released almost a decade ago and it’s still not available in my country. There’s no reason for me not to pirate it
What We Do in the Shadows (the movie, not the series). For something more obscure, An Evening with Beverly Luff Linn. Yes, both feature Jemaine Clement
Not to buy a game’s merchandise from the other side of the world (shipping price was around the same price if not more expensive than the product itself)
