Sorry about the mislead there. I really thought there was something else that was responsible for the pore blocking effect.

Can’t remember the name of the chemical, but there’s “SweatBlock” wipes and roll-ons that will literally keep you from sweating.
Often there’s some circuitry to minimize the risk to sensitive components on a professionally designed board too.
I like that Vice dusted of the Motherboard brand for this story… also, wren’t they moving their main offices to SA and becoming a lifestyle brand like a year and a half ago?
Yeah, I suppose if you were going to surveil everyone’s chatter screenshots would be a fairly inefficient way to go about it.
The complaint also said a senior human resources official had illegally created the impression of surveillance when she showed workers involved in drafting the letter screen shots of a chat they had conducted on a messaging app.
Sounds like surveillance…
Feels like they just need to keep showing me pictures of someone cracking open a gooey coco pod and this problem will fix itself.
While getting head! It was epic, I just dropped the worm through a back door in the firewall ;-)
It really is! I can wrap my brain around some of it, as long as it’s basic enough that I can keep the main loop in my head. But I’m in awe of developers who write complex software packages by themselves. Or folks that write low level hardware libraries… literally anything involving a network stack.
So yeah, pretty much everything:-)
LOL I still remember the feeling of my brain sort of melting the day I realized that someone had to write all the error messages I had ever seen :-)
Pretty sure movies are at least partially to blame for that first programming class :-)
That would require that they have a coherent point. Or at least for him to correctly cite the study he’s talking about.
HoTD ;-)
The real question is how you get them to stop changing lightbulbs.
Good points. I think it’s the occasional genuinely wholesome moment that makes the show feel like an old friend/TOS.
I don’t mind the app, I paid extra for it in most cases… it’s the forced login that bugs…
Super! Flying was one of the few remaining things I wasn’t afraid of :-(
They actually searched the kid for a gun and didn’t find it because it was hidden in his pants.
I’m still holding on to a bit of animosity towards that guy Spez.
They do actually mention a reduction in all cause mortality which seems pretty wild.
