Also I’m curious about Discord, when people say they hang out there, do they just find a channel they like and keep up with the chat all day?
I think so. I’m in a few discords, but don’t really keep up with it. However, people seem to be active in them.
Thanks for the info. Sorry that’s happening where you live
One of my kids just started on 2 different medications in Canada and we had no problem. Wouldn’t have even thought there were shortages elsewhere
We just recently had a violent clash between pro and anti government protests in Calgary. Can’t imagine how violent things are in the country itself.
In world rankings US typically ranks dead last in a lot of metrics. Guess who ranks right next to them? That’s basically the problem, we’re so obsessed with the fact that we have it better than the US we aren’t willing to look at other countries and what they do better. As long as we don’t have “US style” healthcare that’s good enough for most people here.
I guess the joke is that someone is using logic and reasoning to figure out what propels a car as though it was some great mystery that needed to be analyzed and thought about. I don’t think it’s very funny and it could have also been your friend’s delivery.
It’s a fun word to say, say it with me
I’m guessing they think it’s pronounced balony
Makes it easier to figure out potential tax burden
I liked the strange new worlds time travel episode. It was tongue in cheek and a real fun episode with some character building.
Ah yes the African planet. Real TOS reject episode vibes.
Unfortunately this sort of stuff continues to happen, just with different countries
Thanks, it seems more of a technological proof of concept mission, rather than a purely scientific mission. Hopefully this leads to more space exploration capabilities in the international community.
Does anyone know what they’re planning to study with this probe?
That’s what is on the French packaging in Canada. In France I’ve seen Chamallows.
Can’t go anywhere without mine now. Movies, sporting events, bars. Just way too loud without earplugs
Haha, yeah we went to an Indian restaurant in Nimes because my friend has a severe gluten allergy. I had a vindaloo there that was milder than any food I’ve had in North America.
Ah I see. The ads I saw were on billboards so thankfully didn’t have to hear them. They were advertising some kind of “Louisiana” style chicken sandwich, which was ironic because the French find black pepper spicy. I can only imagine how mild it must actually be.
Well written and engaging. Thanks for sharing
