    By that they mean they’ll lift the blockade and leave the people of the Gaza Strip to their own devices, right?

      They mean they’re going to cut the water and power for good. The blockade I’m sure will remain in place.

        So they are going to starve out the survivors from the war, while not allowing anyone else to help them?

            Yep. Israel is likely to build a heavily defended 50’ tall border wall, stop supply services to Gaza, and relinquish all control of the Rafah Crossing at the Egyptian border. It would effectively make the Gaza Strip and whatever happens inside it not their problem.
