      Yeah, but the Healy is a one-off ice breaker. In terms of ships that might get involved in enforcement actions, these are the biggest.

        The Healy would get involved if there was a need just like every other coast guard ship so there is no reason to exclude it so it.

            Not all enforcement requires an exchange of fire.

            Being large and imposing with the implication that ramming is on the table is one option. Being a platform for people to do things is another. In northern seas, being able to reach something in icy waters could also be part of enforcement actions.
