I don’t think that’s fair to the athletes. They have all worked super hard to make it to the olympics and they shouldn’t be banned because of their birthplace.
They are not allowed to represent their birthplace because the birthplace actively financing and supporting systematic doping.
That is not the same as they are being banned.
