Considering how lazy I am, there is no way my brain would bother with all the little details I see everywhere when I go out. When I’m at a busy station or crossing and I literally see thousands of different people walk by, not a single repeat face? Proof enough for me this is real tbh.
(and if you go the simulation way, who cares? If a simulation can give billions of ppl their own lives, feelings, dreams and hopes, it does not matter in the slightest to the ppl living in it that it’s real or a simulation)
Install a 3rd party launcher?
This should be higher up… This whole topic is such a big nothing burger. OP and everyone jumping on the Google sucks bandwagon most likely just suck at using a search engine or run into shitty AI articles (which you can’t really blame on your search engine of choice either…)
I personally have 0 issues to find whatever I’m looking for in 3-4 searches at most. Skill issue rather than algorithm issue imo.
Try to hum the song to Google assistant. Chances are it’ll get it right with just 3-5 seconds of humming. L2use the tools at your disposal tbh
That game was the total opposite for me. Played it at launch and sunk in like 40h in a week. Absolutely loved it. Put it aside for a while and I have never been able to spend more than 30m on it since…
Just imagine what they could come up with in the future. A female captain? A black station commander? No way, Star Trek has gone down the gutter. I’m not watching TNG. They can stick their wokeness where the sun don’t shine.
Halloween is over. I’m setting up my tree tomorrow morning. I’ll only take it down mid February. I’ll blast Christmas songs the entire time. It’s the best season of the year. Fuck only celebrating it in December.
Nothing beats sitting around a Christmas tree in the evening watching TV with the entire family for almost 4 months
Yeah, once you have kids, you realize the magic of Xmas trumps any other potential issues one might have with it.
Kids don’t think about all the issues of “free toys, stranger danger, weirdo in my house, lapsitting on an older dude”.
For them Christmas is pure magic. I would never take this away from my Kids. My eldest knows the truth, he still loves pretending and making my youngest kids believe.
Sometimes the magic of a situation is much more important than the “educational value”. You won’t traumatize your kids by having santa come and have the best morning of their entire year…
Nog nooit van België gehoord?
What a bunch of cunts
Tetris? Any remake they’ve made was basically just a texture pack?
Lol, did you really compare same sex attraction to pedophiles there? “I don’t understand both”… Wtf dude.
I mean, I can guarantee that every single mammal on earth alive today will be dead in 250 years. Nice prediction.
If you mean humanity: humans will 100% still be around in 250 years. Even with an advanced society. As advanced and interconnected as now? Who knows. But we’ll still be far ahead of eg the middle ages or even early industrial revolution.
Fair enough. Most articles are still about the original article, but it does seem the bcc (or at least the dinosaurs in control) has its own (shitty) trans agenda… .
Thanks for not attacking me, but giving actual info. Appreciate it.
I’ll certainly be more wary about the bbc in the future.
OK, that’s one really article that was in bad faith, but I would argue the topic has journalistic value. But it should have been more nuanced.
Does that make the entire bbc transphobic? I am in full support of trans rights (I have a gender fluid child), but not everything is 100% black and white (cfr gender ;)) , one bad article doesn’t make the entire bbc transphobic.
Can you expand on that? They’re my main news source and I’ve never got transphobic vibes from them.
Ymmv.
All my back pains went away once I bought a high end matress that was soft as a cloud.
Anytime I sleep on a futon, I sleep like shit and wake up with pain everywhere.
Man, this should also be a thing for humans. Seeing my grandmother deteriote very slowly is just painful. She wants it to end, we want it to end seeing her deaf, borderline blind and slowly turning incontinent, but her very old body just keeps going on and on without needing long term medical care. Should be part of human rights, dying on your own terms (without having to resort to violence, eg suicide)
