The Ukrainian National Resistance Center (NRC) has reported that the Russian authorities are planning to dispose of waste from the Russian territory by dumping it on the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) of Ukraine.
They don’t have enough trucks to bring in ammunition, food and spare parts… but they have trucks available to bring in trash?
The article says that they’re using seized Ukrainian vehicles.
However, the Russians will use the vehicles and equipment stolen from Ukrainian utilities in the TOT.
All seized Ukrainian vehicles are presumably already fully tasked with transporting Russian military supplies, since they’ve been bringing in city busses, commercial delivery vans and the like from Russia to do it… and still don’t have enough logistics transportation.
This is just yet another oligarch money-grab with no intent to actually deliver on the effort (literally or figuratively).
The key thing is to have time to steal the money before the de-occupation of our territories," the NRC believes.
No russian trash will be dumped on Ukrainian territories due to this program. The organizers hope for a swift Ukrainian victory to avoid paying for a Potemkin garbage dump.
